The Nordic Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka has been named Winner of the Iconic Awards 2025: Innovative Architecture, in the Exhibition Design category. The interdisciplinary award format honours outstanding achievements in architecture, interior design, and product innovation, and as a leading platform, it strengthens international exchange in the construction and design industries. The focus is on key themes and future-oriented trends, including sustainability, the circular economy, and digital transformation.
Designed by Kvorning, Rintala Eggertsson Architects, and Gagarin, the Pavilion showcases the Nordic Circle, highlighting circular economy, sustainability, and shared Nordic values. Visitors can explore immersive exhibitions, outdoor spaces, and interactive installations.
