International Museum Day

International Museum Day is celebrated on May 18th each year. 2024's theme is Unlocking Knowledge: Museums for Education and Research.

Museums are dynamic educational hubs that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. From art and history to science and technology, museums are vital spaces where education and research converge to shape our understanding of the world.
